Dance the night away with a local 5-piece Salsa band. This band will play in the “Ofrenda” Exhibition at Old Masonic Hall. Also, grab a bite to eat as you enjoy the opening celebration for the Dia de los Muertos Festival.

All food is free of charge and there will be a cash bar available for patrons 21 and older. First-come, first-served. No advanced registration.

This activity is part of a three-day celebration of Día de los Muertos, or Day of the Dead, that features a variety of classes and family activities on the Arts District campus from November 1–3, 2018.

After you’ve eaten all the turkey and pie, come to the theatre for A 70’s Flashback celebrating the Backstage Theatre, founded in 1974. Breckenridge Distillery is a Co-Sponsor of the event and will be there with a complimentary tasting of their Award-Winning Hooch and Spiced Whiskey Cider! There will be prizes for the 70’s Trivia winner and, Oh Yes…Best 70’s Costume! A 70’s Flashback, starring an all locals cast and band, will have you singing and dancing to all your old favorites. You will also have the chance to meet our new Executive Director, Debbie Trevino and Artistic Director, Nathan Autrey as they unveil the 45th Season for the Breckenridge Backstage Theatre.

Warren Station officially welcomes winter with a warm, family celebration!

Parents can cozy in the ballroom while the kids enjoy carnival favorites like face painting, entertainment, crafts and more. Treat yourself to a complimentary bag of kettle corn and a tasty cup of hot chocolate. Chris Thompson & Coral Creek add a little kick to the party with Bluegrass and Americana classics.  Mocktails, cocktails, “Welcome Winter” mixers, and beer specials make for a perfect, all-ages affair to prelude the Lighting of River Run Village. The Tree Lighting at River Run starts just after 5PM, so bring the whole family and make a night of it! Better yet, this is a FREE event!

The Stephen C. West Ice Arena offers ice skating, hockey and games for the whole family. Public skating and hockey sessions are generally offered daily. Group and private lessons and equipment rentals are available for all levels of skaters.

Get out and play or come watch the action of our year-round hockey leagues, or check out other ice sports like curling and broomball.  Our fully-stocked pro shop and friendly staff can get you on the ice and ready to skate so you’ll have a fantastic skating experience in Breckenridge!
