Package Restrictions and Requirements:

  • Breckenridge is a high alpine environment; please be prepared for adverse weather conditions. Cancellations are not accepted due to weather.
  • Preview tours may not be scheduled for your day of arrival.
  • You are under no obligation to purchase, but in order to receive this promotional package you must attend a 90-minute resort preview tour of the Grand Colorado on Peak 8.
  • All lodging is based on availability and will be booked on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Qualifications:

  • Spouses, fiancés, live-in partners, and those in a cohabitating relationship, must attend this scheduled appointment together in order to receive this promotion.
  • Guests who own a home and are married or in a committed relationship must have an annual household income of $125,000 or greater.
  • Guests who do not own a home and/or are single, are required to have an annual household income of at least $150,000 to qualify for this promotional stay and/or gift.
  • You are required to meet the minimum qualifications at the time of your tour, regardless of your status at the time of making your Breckenridge reservation.
